Zachary provided great customer service to me on several occasions. He kindly listened to my story and assisted me with the first purchase of my husband‘s car, answering any questions and ensuring I would have the joy of owning his beautiful Mercedes. When I was in an unfortunate accident recently and my car was totaled - the perfect replacement car just happened to show up on their lot and he help me get a brand new car like the one I lost. I am forever grateful for his kindness, excellent ability to comfort and care for a special grieving customer and following through so carefully. I just put my private plates on my brand new Mercedes. I thank you Zachary for all you did to restore my joy in this driving beautiful Mercedes, my husband would’ve loved it!
